Recorded in 1998, the debut album by Day of Wrath with one additional restored live track (the tape was damaged so at some point there is a splice/correction).

When the world was being romanced by Nu Metal, these 3 teenagers from Pennsylvania started a project centered on their faith and their metal roots and proclaimed a message of good news and reconciliation.

With a drummer influenced by punk, bass player influenced by Slayer/Obituary, and singer/guitarist influenced by Iron Maiden, the original trio took their name from the book of Zephaniah as well as the Believer song as all three members were heavily influenced by Believer who were also local to them.

This first recording was made for $200, trying to make every minute of their studio reservation count. Most of the tracks are recorded live except for the bass line on Whitey's Oppression' and the dual/second vocals on Another Line.

Desiring to bring glory to God rather than their own names, each member assumed a "stage name", some serious, some comical. Near the end of their first year as a band, Lycan was added as a 2nd/live guitarist.
